Workers Compensation Insurance
Cardiac Staffing, LLC. provides paid workers compensation insurance on each traveler. Should he/she become injured on the job, please complete an incident report (contact your Human Resource Dept. for this form) and provide all details in the documentation. You must turn this form in within 24 hours of the occurrence to ensure that you are covered under workers compensation insurance. Please also refer to procedures in your employee handbook.
Short-Term Disability and/or Cancer Protection Supplemental Coverage
This optional coverage* provides income if you're unable to work as a result of a non-work-related injury or illness.
